At Frenemy Fits, we’re committed to delivering high quality apparel and providing a fair, transparent customer experience. Please read our Shipping & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.


Shipping

We currently work with in house professionals to bring you premium products at accessible prices. While we’re still growing, delivery times may vary, but as our brand expands, so will our ability to offer faster shipping options and local fulfillment.

Estimated Delivery Times

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Delivery time: 5–7 business days (depending on your location)

Items marked with a “Fast Delivery" are backed by our estimated delivery window.

Delays & Customs 

In rare cases, customs inspections, strikes, or government-related delays may affect delivery timeframes. If this happens, your estimated delivery date will be automatically adjusted based on the nature and length of the disruption.

Lost in Transit

If your tracking information confirms that your package has been lost in transit, you are eligible for a full refund. If the item arrives after the refund is issued, you may keep it, no return required.


Returns & Refunds

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. If something goes wrong, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Eligible Refund Cases

You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Your order has not been delivered within 30 days of shipment

Your item arrives damaged or defective

You receive the wrong item, or items are missing from your order

Your package is confirmed lost in transit via tracking

Ineligible Refund Cases

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout

The item was refused upon delivery

Delivery was delayed due to natural disasters, strikes, customs clearance, or other uncontrollable events

The item arrived within the expected timeframe, but the customer no longer wants it (change of mind)

The refund claim lacks sufficient evidence (e.g. no photos provided for damaged items)
